Health - Stress

Dieting can help make all that yummy food harder to resist!!!

As the holidays are fast approaching.
You’re stressed, trying to diet and tempting foods abound.
This is the perfect recipe for overeating.

There are three aspects of eating behavior:
* motivation (how bad you want the food)
* anticipation (how excited were they to get it)
* intake (how much did they eat)
in relation to how hungry or satisfied a person was and how palatable the food was.

A “key observation” is that foods with a higher hedonic value (more palatable) induce food intake independently of whether the person is in a food-satisfied or food-deprived state (a.k.a, homeostatic state).

So, people out there, who think they need to loose some pounds, beware.
Don't stress up yourself thinking about it. Just eat a proper diet and exercise well.
