Time, time and time passed by
I waited anxiously to meet my mate
The one who was made to be for me
The one who I will cherish forever.
High and low
Near and far
Searching and hoping
To end the wait.
Eyes so tired and damp
As many just passed by
God was kind as he not let me hurt
As he knew they were not right.
Keeping in the heart
Love and faith in god
On day the day will come
When I and he shall meet.
