Recipe - Strawberry Yogurt Shake


Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 1/2 Tbsp. wheat germ
3 ice cubes
3/4 cup low-fat or nonfat, plain or sugar-free yogurt

Directions
In a blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, wheat germ and ice cubes. Blend and serve.
If too thick, you can add some water to desired consistency. (If you wish to sweeten this shake, you can add a packet of artificial sweetener.)
Makes one serving. Nutritional values per serving: 190 calories, 4g fat (2.0g sat), 13g protein, 27g carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 10mg cholesterol, 130mg sodium and 21g sugar.
